✨ Shipping Day Reminders ✨
ORDER INVOICES DUE every Wednesday. Orders include all purchases made throughout our sale week. These are charged to the card we have saved on file for you.
CARD CHANGES OR UPDATES must be made known to us before Wednesday, that way we are charging the correct card on file for your order invoice.
ADDRESS CHANGES must be made known to us before Wednesday, that way your packages is sent to the correct location.
ADDITIONAL PACKAGE INSURANCE can be added onto orders at an additional prevailing rate, if needed. Please let us know of any insurance coverage needs before Wednesday so we can make note of it on your order invoice.
5. DAMAGED PACKAGES: we, unfortunately, are not like Amazon or big box stores - as a small business, we are unable to take the hit of damages done to packages during transit by delivery services. All packages come with standard included insurance (offered by the delivery service); if you are wanting to purchase any additional insurance on your packages please let us know. We are running into delivery damages more and more lately - once it leaves our door, it is out of our hands.
TRACKING NUMBERS are available on all packages. Our auction system does not automatically send these out to you. If you are needing a tracking number, please let us know.
ITEMIZED RECEIPTS are printed & placed in all orders at the time of shipping. Our auction system does not automatically send out itemized receipts. These will arrive with your packages.
ORDER PICKUPS are available on all orders placed. Be sure to contact us to let us know you will be a pickup order, otherwise orders will be shipped out like usual. Pickups at done at our store in Aplington.
