Notes
PUT IN HOT DRINK: 2 tbsp mix + 8 oz hot water or milk.
Whisk 20-30 sec until smooth. Add splash of heavy cream or use cream powder version.
FRAPPE: Dissolve 2 tbsp mix in 2 tbsp HOT WATER first (required — won't dissolve in cold). Blend with ¾ cup cold milk + 1 cup ice, 30-45 sec. Top with whipped cream, caramel drizzle, flaky salt.
ICED: Dissolve 2 tbsp mix in 2 tbsp hot water. Stir in 6 oz cold milk. Pour over ice.
WITHOUT INSTANT COFFEE: Omit instant coffee from jar. Add 1-2 tbsp mix to fresh brewed 8 oz coffee.
CREAM POWDER VERSION: Add ⅓ cup heavy cream powder to jar, reduce powdered milk to ⅓ cup.
COCOA: Optional but adds depth — not a chocolate flavor at 1 tbsp across 12 servings.
Shake jar before each use. Store away from steam sources. Keeps 6 months airtight cool dry pantry.
