I learned the hard way thrush causes pain. Enough pain to make them lame. Thrush and white line. If there is any crack in the central sulcus at all just treat it. If you aren't sure just treat the hooves weekly as a preventative. Especially if they live in a wet environment. Its very important to stay on top of this.

It was a pleasure meeting Zeus yesterday! This is a great post. I have said it many times and heard it many times... we wish they could talk. But they are always telling us things we just have to listen 😘

A lovely before and after....one massage. I recommend 3 sessions for lasting change but often in one session they are feeling better. She was holding a lot of tension throughout her body but check out her expression! And yes in about one hour of working on her the smoke got much worse (no filters). Praying for all the sensitive horses out there and their owners 🙏❤️

If I can safely check during a massage while they are "hanging out" I absolutely will. If you own a gelding this is very important info.
