Exciting news from our team! 🎉 Starting next week, we’ll have a new system up and running to make things easier for everyone. It will send appointment reminders, policy updates, and other important notifications directly to you!

Our grooming agreement briefly explains our shop policies, safety procedures, and what you can expect while your pet is in our care. It helps ensure that everyone is informed and that we can provide the safest and best experience possible for every pet!

The agreement can either be printed for you to sign in person or sent directly to you through text—whichever is easiest for you. If you haven’t started receiving notifications or haven’t signed an agreement yet, please comment below or text me, and I’ll get everything sent over!

🚨 Just a reminder about NO-SHOWS & CANCELLATIONS 🚨

I completely understand that things happen. Emergencies come up, plans change, kids get sick, dogs get sick, and sometimes things are just completely out of your control. I will always understand that. ❤️

But if you know you aren’t going to be able to make your grooming appointment, please let me know as soon as possible.

When someone doesn’t show up, that isn’t just an empty spot on my schedule. That was time I specifically set aside for your dog, and it is money lost for my small business.

That appointment also could have gone to someone else who may have been waiting for an opening.

I base my whole day around the dogs I have scheduled. Grooming isn’t always something that can be rushed, and every dog can act completely different, so I try my best to plan my day in a way that gives every dog the time and care they need.

Letting me know as soon as possible helps so much because it gives me the chance to offer that appointment to someone else and adjust my schedule if needed.

I appreciate every single person who supports my business, keeps their appointments, and communicates with me when something changes. I truly do not take any of you for granted. ❤️🐾

Hey there! 👋

A lot of you already know this, but I’m actually the 20-year-old behind this furry mess! 😂🐾

I’m a little late, but June officially marked one year of me running Trinity Grooming! This past year has come with a lot of ups, downs, learning curves, and figuring things out as I go, but through all of it, you guys have never failed to show up and support me. I want to find a way to thank you for that, so be watching my page for some fun business-related things coming up!

I’m also happy to say that I’m still going strong with the shop AND still in college! 😂 I appreciate you guys always checking Facebook for updates because, truthfully, that’s the easiest way for me to keep everyone updated when things change with the shop, school, or my schedule.

Over this last year, I’ve learned a lot as a young adult and as a business owner. I started out being left with enough knowledge to get me going, but since then I’ve had to figure out so much on my own. I’ve gained knowledge and experience from this business that I never expected to have at 20 years old, and I’m still learning every single day.

Thank you to everyone who has given me a chance, trusted me with your babies, offered advice, or simply had patience with me while I learned. Without you guys, none of this would be possible. And thank you to everyone who has worked behind the scenes with me and helped keep things going—you are just as much a part of this too. ❤️

Speaking of patience, I also want to mention appointments! With the number of dogs I can run through in a day, if you need an express appointment or need your baby finished by a certain time, please don’t be afraid to discuss that with me when booking so I can get that worked into the schedule. I always try to work as efficiently as I can, but sometimes giving your baby my best means slowing down, giving them breaks, or taking a little extra time instead of rushing through them.

At the end of the day, I would rather take my time and give your babies the best care and work I can.

Thank you guys for everything—for trusting me, supporting my business, being patient with me, and allowing me to continue doing something I love. Here’s to being in year TWO! 🐾❤️

Our schedule will look a little different over the next couple of weeks! If you’ve noticed some changes, here’s what to expect:

🐾 Saturday (08/01): Limited availability for both grooms and baths.

🐾 Monday–Wednesday (08/03-08/05): Grooming appointments available with limited openings.

🚫 Thursday (08/06): Closed

🛁 Friday(08/07): Baths only until 4:00 PM

🛁 Saturday(08/08): Baths only until 12:00 PM (Noon)
