I would like to try something new I have had several friend suggest that I post a cheese or yogurt flavor that I make a week and post to see if anyone would be interested in placing an order for that particular cheese or yogurt flavor. For example this next week I would be making Pepper Jack cheese and if anyone is interested just message me and let me know how many you would like. They would be 1 pound give or take wheels of cheese. The yogurt could be in pint or quart size jars and how many you would like. Let me know if any of you would be interested. Open to suggestions. I know I have not posted anything for a long time but I have been really busy. I have tried something new I have made ghee from my surplus of my homemade butter. I also tried cooking with it this morning. For those of you who don't know what Ghee is it is clarified butter that has all the milk solids cooked out of it. The beauty of it is has a very long shelf life. And it is healthier then butter and oil for cooking. Since I am now diabetic I ma looking for new ways to cook with less fat and carbs. So I will be experimenting with my yogurts and cheeses trying to make them more diabetic friendly and still keeping my regular recipes for my cheeses and yogurts.
