Over the last few months, I’ve unfortunately lost some clients due to passing, and some have moved to different states. I contemplated keeping my schedule as is, but my heart just won’t allow it 🤷🏼‍♀️. I have a few openings and am accepting new clients that are either senior dogs or dogs with disabilities. As most of you know, my salon is one-on-one, and I would love to open it up to dogs in need who require a gentle touch, understanding, and patience ❤️.

“A former employee recorded approximately 36 videos over a month and a half to document the abuse.”

Have you seen the latest news on the couple in North Carolina who did some absolutely horrific things to dogs in their care. It was so hard to watch the videos and made me sick to my stomach. Sadly that’s just one story but there are many more. How could anyone do harm to an animal who is just scared, hesitant or just doesn’t like grooming? I can promise you that I could never and I’d do to jail if I saw anyone treating a dog the way those two did.

If you are not a client of mine but reading this PLEASE be cautious of who you leave your dog with. We are not regulated (I wish we were) and you don’t need proper schooling to groom. Anyone can buy clippers at a store and call themselves a groomer. I don’t like it but it’s true. If there are red flags or gut feelings.. trust them and run!!!
