“A former employee recorded approximately 36 videos over a month and a half to document the abuse.”

Have you seen the latest news on the couple in North Carolina who did some absolutely horrific things to dogs in their care. It was so hard to watch the videos and made me sick to my stomach. Sadly that’s just one story but there are many more. How could anyone do harm to an animal who is just scared, hesitant or just doesn’t like grooming? I can promise you that I could never and I’d do to jail if I saw anyone treating a dog the way those two did.

If you are not a client of mine but reading this PLEASE be cautious of who you leave your dog with. We are not regulated (I wish we were) and you don’t need proper schooling to groom. Anyone can buy clippers at a store and call themselves a groomer. I don’t like it but it’s true. If there are red flags or gut feelings.. trust them and run!!!

Good morning!! I wanted to address some thing that has been happening a lot lately. I do love you all but please do NOT drive in our grass! This is our home, not a commercial property. We work very hard to upkeep it. When you drive through the grass that creates ruts and mud. And it does kill the grass. Please respect our property or you will not be a client of mine.

“For Emery’s birthday this year we fell short at getting a party together due to being ao busy! She will be 5 on the 23rd which is HUGE she is such a special girl who LOVES getting mail. I’ll post a video in the comments. She gets so excited to open and see what’s inside. We thought it would be awesome this year for her if people mailed her cards!? Just wanted to say a BIG thank you to all my clients who have been so great about my new schedule in the salon. Juggling being a mom and business owner is tough sometimes but you guys make it easier!! Emery has started homeschooling and has new friends that she cares for daily. We couldn’t do it without you guys our wonderful clients!!!
