Together, Wendy and Eric are investing in a complete transformation of the facility, creating a premier pet resort where every guest receives exceptional care, personalized attention, and a luxury experience worthy of being called family.
Wendy Ghee Draper (Hare)
Attorney • 26 Years
Wendy has dedicated more than twenty-six years to serving families with integrity, professionalism, and compassion. Her commitment to excellence, ethics, and personal relationships helps establish the welcoming culture and family-first philosophy that defines Noble Pet Resort.
Eric Hare
Retired U.S. Army Officer • 27 Years
100% Disabled Veteran
Eric dedicated nearly three decades to serving our nation through leadership, discipline, accountability, and protecting others—values that now serve as the foundation of Noble Pet Resort.
In addition to his military service, Eric has founded four companies, serving as Chief Executive Officer and Owner, leading organizations through strategic growth, operational excellence, and a commitment to exceptional customer service.
Eric currently:
* Founder and Chief Executive Officer of four successful companies
* Serves on multiple Boards of Advisors
* Serves on the Aviation Security Advisory Committee, supporting national aviation security initiatives in collaboration with federal leaders, including the support of Alabama’s U.S. Senators and Members of Congress
* Serves on the Governor’s Executive Roundtable, providing executive leadership and business insight on issues impacting the State of Alabama—while leading organizations that operate across the United States of America and multiple countries worldwide.
Together, Wendy and Eric share a vision built on integrity, accountability, compassion, and excellence. Their mission is to create the region’s premier luxury pet resort where every pet is treated like family and every owner enjoys complete peace of mind.

Alicia Beason
General Manager
Noble Pet Resort is proud to welcome Alicia Beason as our General Manager.
Alicia brings more than 15 years of professional K9 experience, having served with respected organizations including:
* Auburn University
* ITC Capital Partners
* AMK9
She also served as the General Manager of Piper’s Playhouse for seven years, earning the trust of countless families through her dedication to exceptional pet care, professional leadership, and genuine compassion for every guest.
Her experience, knowledge of canine behavior, commitment to safety, and passion for animal wellness make her an invaluable part of the Noble Pet Resort family.
Working alongside our ownership team, Alicia will help lead the next generation of luxury pet care while maintaining the personal relationships and trusted service our community has come to appreciate.
