This evening I took my best friend, my boy Rocky up to Bald Rock for the first time. ❤️

I wasn't sure if he would have the energy to walk this much because of his lymphoma, but his medicine allowed him to jump for joy when I asked him if he wanted to go for a ride. ❤️❤️❤️ He's always loved rides in my truck and catch the breeze sticking his head out the back window.

He loved sniffing around on the main trail and wanted to go on an adventure and explore, happily trotting down the steps and proceeded to mark his territory before we took a rest at the viewpoint.

It's little moments like these I will forever cherish. I love you to the moon and back, Rocky. ❤️❤️❤️

Being told my best friend Rocky has advanced lymphoma was not the news I was expecting this morning. I am heartbroken.

Last week I noticed his neck felt swollen and his energy level and food intake decreased and struggles to go up and down my back steps. I hoped it was something minor, but unfortunately it isn't.

I have maybe one month left with him if I'm lucky. He's been by my side for the last 11 and a half years since he was 7 weeks old and has been through everything with me. 💔

Last week I took care of a hyperactive Golden Retriever/Rottweiler mix named Samson. ❤️

Big guy needed a deshedding treatment and sanitation trim, and his owner and I couldn't keep him calm for the majority of his session. 😅

Not sure how I was even able to snap these pics of him for how much he was bouncing off the walls. 😂

Big Jack Jack needed another Nasty Critter bath and his nails grinded, including all eight of his dewclaws. He's quite the cowboy with his extra rear spurs. 😎

Y'all ever meet a puppy dog that gives high fives, shakes and fist bumps?

Look no further than this spunky and sassy Maltese mix named Daisy. 😍

Little Miss Daisy didn't know what to think of me at first, but it didn't take long at all for this rambunctious little queen to get comfortable with me. 😊

Daisy came in for just a nail trim and sanitation trim, questioning the buzz noise coming from my clippers. Her facial expression was shrouded in mystery, and of course I forgot to take 'after' photos like the forgetful dork I am.

The next time Little Miss Daisy comes in I'll be sure to show y'all her adorable fist bumps, shakes and high fives; it's the most freaking adorable thing in the world. 🥰

Does anybody recognize this sweet boy? He's hanging out at Circle K on 431 and Lenlock Lane.

As much as I want to temporarily take him in, I unfortunately do not have any room for him as my hands are tied with my four rescues. 😞

He is very friendly! Please help this sweet boy make his way home!!
