Many people want the same things as they get older: to stay in their own homes, to maintain independence for as long as possible, and to turn to family and friends for help when needed.

When asked, nearly 90% of older adults say they don’t want to move into a “home” as they age, they want to remain in the place they know and love—their own home. And while aging in place can absolutely work, it can become challenging when there isn’t a reliable support system in place.

Today, we received a frantic call from a client on the West Coast whose 87-year-old mother’s air conditioner had stopped working. She lives alone, and with temperatures rising, her daughter was understandably worried about her safety.

Because she couldn’t be there in person, she needed someone she could trust to step in, assess the situation, and make sure her mother was safe and cared for.

After assessing the situation, we quickly coordinated with our trusted HVAC service partner, who was able to come out and replace a faulty capacitor. What could have been a stressful and potentially dangerous situation for an 87-year-old living alone was resolved quickly, giving both her and her family peace of mind.

The right support can make all the difference, helping older adults maintain their independence, safety, and quality of life while staying where they truly want to be: home.

Majestic Concierge provides professional, practical senior management solutions with personalized support that helps seniors stay independent, safe, and dignified while giving the family peace of mind.

Modern DIY smart lock home security systems are frequently marketed as 'user-friendly' and 'easy to install.' Nevertheless, the installation or replacement of contemporary electronic lock systems can be a complex process.

We recently received an urgent call from a client who, after attempting a self-installation of a new door system, encountered significant misalignment and binding issues that could potentially damage both the lock motor and the door.

Engaging a professional guarantees a seamless and secure installation that today's electronic locks require.

This year holds particular significance for Majestic Concierge, as we proudly announce that we've had the privilege of serving the largest student graduating class in our company's history. It's remarkable to think that four years ago, we were entrusted with the care and oversight of these exceptional students.

While local schools excel at managing students' day-to-day lives, there are numerous activities and situations that require additional support, which is where Majestic Student Services steps in to assist parents.

Over the past four years, we've had the honor of acting as 'remote parents' for 12 graduating seniors, attending to their unique personal and logistical needs as out-of-state students.

We're well aware that student life has become increasingly busy and complex, which is why Majestic Concierge is here to offer comprehensive support to your student.

We serve as the ultimate resource for students and their families, providing assistance with everything from move-in to move-out, and all the unexpected needs that arise in between. It’s that time of the year when families begin to plan their spring and summer vacations. In addition to all of the stress and anxiety that comes with vacation planning, for pet owners, this can be an even more stressful time of the year finding someone they trust to care for their pet family.

Since there is no place like home, wouldn’t it be comforting to know that you could leave your pets at home where they feel safe and content when you need to be away for an extended period of time?

Here’s your solution, with Majestic Pet Concierge Services you can leave your family’s best friend at home in familiar surroundings with less stress. Whether you’re planning a vacation, or just work long hours, we provide your pet and home with professional, personalized and consistent care.

Majestic Concierge begins our service with a FREE consultation in your home. This gives you and your pet the chance to meet us and gives us the opportunity to get to know more about your pet and home care needs.

We go over everything from feeding schedule, exercise, medications, behaviors, home care, veterinary information, security protocols and gather all of your contact information.

With Majestic Concierge you get more than just pet care, you get home care too! We will bring in your mail/paper, water plants (indoor & out), take out the garbage/recyclable’s and turn lights on/off as requested. And while your away, we provide daily text activity updates and videos.

Our goal is to help each client free up time so that you can begin to focus on what matters most in your life.
