Reigning Cat and Dogs Rescue We are a foster based 501c 3 ALL breed dog rescue based in northern Indiana USA. Big focus on spay/neuter and heartworm prevention. This rescue is my lifeline.

Finding great homes for each dog is the main goal. If only humans were as faithful as dogs....

Flame has several potential adopters waiting to meet her and I am no longer accepting applications for Flame. I do have about 20 other rescues here who desperately need you to adopt them! Holy Wow! You all are amazing and I want to answer you all but my inbox has over 80 messages. Guys, this is just one of the wonderful dogs we have here in the rescue. Some of the others have been here for over a year and a half. They are just as wonderful as this beautiful girl and have equal the training...which is ZERO training. They need homes too! They also live in outside runs and were on the streets before coming into rescue. Poppy, Payton, Emma, Emery, Jin-Jin, and Jun-Jim desperately need homes too. They aren't lucky like June who has been here just as long but in a foster home. Please scroll down to find their pics and bios.

9 mo old owner surrendered Golden Retriever. The Wife said she doesn't like dogs so, out the dog went. Man said she's a great dog. No issues. Stayed around the house. (She wasn't allowed inside) She is very gentle, good with other dogs, kids, and dog savvy cats. No house manners as she has never lived in one. Keeping Halloween theme we shall call her Flame. Carmen is a 2-3 year old 90lb American Bulldog and she is ready to go home! She loves all humans and other dogs. She will be fine with your dog savvy cats after they get to know each other. Carmen is super chill, playful, fun, and already house and crate trained. She needs an obedience course and to build confidence as she is a bit svared of loud noises. She can be left alone in the house uncrated for short periods. She's good with chill school age kids, cats, and other dogs, Carmen is the whole package dog you have been looking for. Take her on all your adventures, she doesn't run off and you'll have a best friend till the end.

Here right now and available for adoption! 4 + year old Dalmatian. Probably an amish owned dog that strayed. No one tried to claim him after months of searching for owners and no microchip was found. He's very submissive and I can tell he's never lived in a home. He's not at all housetrained but he does have a tell. He circles before 💩. He's a marker but hopefully that will subside after his neuter today. (Friday). He seems to want to run in circles telling me he was a kennel dog. He's quiet and not at all hyper. He walks on a leash but wants to run around you in circles as you walk. He will need some work on that. He seems to be gentle, affectionate and wants to trust but, is jumpy like he has been mistreated at some point. I do want him to go to an experienced home with another confident, social dog. That will help him so much! He likes other dogs and I think he will not mind a cat. Seems to be uninterested in my lil Chick'n Nugget even when she is hu***ng his leg. (She's Annoying!) His tail comes untucked and he seems more comfortable when he is outside with the other dogs. His name is Darwin now. He seems to respond to that and Merlin. He will do best in a calm, mature home with older school age kiddos. Please pm your interest and email address to the page for an application to adopt Darwin.
