We had a HARD 2026. We lost precious babies in less than a month!!!
Smoky and Coal disappeared and Smokey returned.
Max and NyeKeyKey disappeared.
Tigerlilly had cancer on her nose so she had an appointment with the vet. And Bobcat got sick and was gone on 24 hours. The Smokey got sick and died.
Smokey was 9
Coal was 7
Max and Bobcat were 11
Tigerlilly was 10
Leo was almost 18!!!!
Of our original 8, we have Midnight left. He'll be 13 in March.
We have new kittens. I don't know how they find their way to our house because we live 3 miles from the nearest paved road.
Our current count is.... 7-9 depending
* Midnight 12½
*Sheba Baby is 6
*Willow is 3
*Gus and Evie are probably 4 months old. They are obviously siblings and litter mates.
*Delilah. We THINK She is the neighbor's calico cat's litter that Gus and Evie are from. We THINK Ed is the father of Gus, Evie and Delilah.
* Gemini, we call her Gemmy. She's probably 4 months old.
* Ed is technically the neighbor's cat but spends a lot of time here. He's gotta be 7 or 8.
*Baxter is technically the neighbor's cat. He's the daddy of Willow. Willow's mama came, had kittens and left.
