🐾 Busy Season Reminder 🐾

It’s that time of year again and appointments are filling up fast! I’m currently booking about a month out and have limited availability for large dogs. Also I will only be accepting a very few new large dogs at this time .

Please remember:

• More than 15 minutes late = appointment must be rescheduled
• No shows / late cancellations will have a $25 fee that must be paid before booking again
• Pickup must be within 1 hour of your pup being finished
• Matted coats: + $15 and up grooming fee (depends on severity)
• Fleas present: + $15 flea treatment fee

HOLIDAY UPDATE: Our baby boy arrived on 11/28. He is doing great but we are running on little sleep around here 😂.

I have now returned to work with very few spots left before Christmas.
Please schedule as soon as possible if you need a holiday appointment.

I’ll be closed Nov 24th–Dec 1st (for grooming) — our little guy can make his appearance any time now, so things are a little unpredictable around here! If he decides to wait until our induction on Dec 1st, I’ll reach out to reschedule all Dec 2nd appointments.

Thank you all for being so understanding while we wait for baby boy to pick his own perfect timing. 💙

📋 New Policy Effective December 1st.. sorry after almost 16 years I need to do this!

Dear clients,

Starting December 1st, a $25 No-Call/No-Show Fee will apply if appointments are not canceled by the day before your scheduled time. This fee must be paid before booking any future appointments.

I completely understand that emergencies happen and things can be beyond our control, but missed appointments have become excessive and affect everyone’s schedule.

If there is a second No-Call/No-Show, you will be responsible for paying the full grooming fee before another appointment can be made.

Please also note:
🐾 Pups must be picked up within one hour after grooming is completed unless prior arrangements are made.
🐾 If your pup is more than 15 minutes late, you will need to reschedule your appointment.

I truly appreciate your understanding and respect for my time—it’s just as valuable as yours.

I will be returning to work tomorrow.. my schedule is full and I need everyone to be patient with me as I’m not 100%. So I may take a little more time than normal . TIA

Sorry for the short notice and inconvenience.. I will be having surgery on the 28th and will be out for a couple weeks(Dr says) (hoping for only 1 week) . I’m working on rescheduling all hair cuts for this time . Shyanne will be working doing bath .. nails and brush outs while I recover .

I’ll be out on vacation October 2nd–12th.

For November, just a heads up—our baby boy is due December 3rd, but our induction will be scheduled the week of Thanksgiving (unless he makes an early arrival!). I highly recommend scheduling your appointments before November 25th to be sure we get you in before the holiday.
