Our mission is to enrich the lives of canines & their owners by providing high standards of training, boarding and grooming.

Our business is a collaboration between mother and daughter: Pamela Peas and Jacklyn Brown. Jacklyn has wanted to open her own dog-related facility since her early years in high school. Her passion for training dogs is something that has only grown since she first began training her dog competitively in 2009. She graduated 2 semesters early from Trine University with a Bachelor's degree in management and became a certified K9 handler in 2018. Pamela grew up in Illinois and was raised on a farm. She taught fifth grade at an elementary school where she would often take her yellow Labrador Bailey to school with her and use him for interactive games with the students. Pam moved to Indiana with her husband Mark and made the decision to stay home and raise their 4 children. She has been active in the Wabash 4-H Dog Club parent committee and has traveled to visit Jacklyn on her K9 jobs. Jacklyn is thankful her mother gave her the opportunity to open a business together to do something they both love.

Fall break is keeping us active, but just as important as exercise is rest- and these worn out pups say it’s nap time 😴

A week late posting, but the close loss was the only negative of a fantastic Bengals game! At least they got the W today 🐅

Board & Train Petey went home! 💙
Petey is a 7-month-old Boxer with energy for days & springs for legs! 🚀 His owner has owned multiple dogs in the past, including boxers, but felt like Petey was giving him a run for his money 💰

Petey learned to regulate his emotions (which helps with overexcitement) and to settle on cue (some dogs need taught this!). He learned foundational obedience cues: recall, place, loose leash walking, wait and more. Lastly, we practiced polite greetings & he didn’t even attempt to jump on his owner at pick up after 3 weeks away 👏🏼

Petey has already shown off for his vet and waited patiently in the lobby amongst busyness, impressing his owner and vet. We can’t wait to hear more updates & meet for his follow up lesson soon! 🥰

Sweet board & train Charlie went home! 🏡
Charlie is a 6 month old pup looking to start life on the right track! Focusing on a strong relationship with his owners was a priority for bold confidence, independence, eagerness to please, avoiding demanding behaviors and more.
Charlie made great strides in his reactivity to seeing dogs and people. He was initially skittish, but gained confidence & social skills through positive interactions. He also worked hard on foundational obedience skills, quickly becoming a huge fan of place.

We are so excited to already be hearing great updates from Charlie at home and can’t wait to see him again soon 🤍

Never a dull moment & I’m thankful to have the absolute best partner in Rip ❤️
