Hello from Chantelle at VCA Pineridge Animal Hospital!

We’ve had a huge surge in dogs/cats needing grooming care, so we are making a few positive updates to keep up with demand:
* We are excited to welcome back Tracy as our part-time bather! Tracy is excited to be a part of our VCA Team again. Having her help bathe and dry has allowed us to see many more pets in need!
*Another big help has been scheduling drop-off grooming appointments Wednesday-Friday. Having our patients dropped-off in the morning has allowed us to focus on grooming (instead of checking patients in and out), as well as allows us to groom our patients in the most efficient order throughout the day. We understand that this is not always ideal for everyone, but we promise we take great care of your pets and will call or text you as soon as they’re ready to go home. If you have specific restrictions with timing, just let us know and we can discuss ways to accommodate that.

Thank you for your patience as we adjust to this change! We truly appreciate all of our grooming patients and clients.
