Yes… we are at least 20 adoption posts behind 😅Running rescue and a full-line pet store keeps us moving, and sometimes social media gets left behind.

But sweet Cheeto James absolutely deserved his moment 💛

This little guy was found out on a ranch and was so scared he wasn’t touchable. The only thing that finally convinced him humans might be okay? A trail of Cheetos leading into a live trap. 🧡

No one ever came looking for him at the shelter. The ranch and shelters did amazing work then he joined our pack.

Fast forward just a few short months… and this once terrified little ranch pup is now living his best beach life in Santa Cruz. 🌊

From scared and alone to sandy paws and a family of his own. Never give up hope on these rescue pups — sometimes the biggest transformations come from the most broken beginnings.

Happy life, Cheeto James. We’re so proud of you. 🐾
