Goodmorning everyone! As many of you may know, my little sister is pregnant and getting close to her due date. With that being said, I am still booking appointments but I’m also trying to let everyone know in advance that it is likely I will have to reschedule if little man decides to come early. Once he arrives I will be taking a week off of work to help Mady with anything she needs. Please be patient with us as this is her first baby and we all know that family is super important! ❤️ I also wanted to say that there may be some days where I have to reschedule if Mady needs help or didn’t get much sleep throughout the night. We are so extremely grateful for all of you & thank you for becoming part of our grooming family! ☺️

Also side note.. her shower was amazing! And I just opened a second business in this industry called Dessert & Decor Co. You can look us up on Facebook! This is a family owned business that my mom, my sister, my nana, and I run! We offer event planning, decoration set up & removal, sweet treats, balloon arches, catering (finger foods), and home baked goods! 🩷

‼️Important news‼️

1. Due to several cancellations this week. Starting the 1st of the new year I will be enforcing a cancellation/no show fee. I love all of my clients dearly and hate that my consistent clients have to suffer from this but it is a must at this point.
- 1st cancellation/no show will be 25% of grooming cost.
- 2nd cancellation/no show will be 50% of grooming cost.
- 3rd+ cancellation/ no show will be 100% of grooming cost.

To avoid a cancellation/ no show fee, you must message me atleast 24 hours before your scheduled appointment to cancel. This gives me time to fill your cancelled appointment.
‼️YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO RESCHEDULE UNTIL THE NO SHOW/CANCELLATION FEE IS PAID.‼️
Please keep in mind that if you do not show up to your appointment, I don’t make any money & this is my livelihood.

2. Starting on 1/1/2026 I will be raising my prices. This is the first time I have raised my prices in 3 years… costs of shampoo, equipment, cleaning products, etc have went up tremendously in the past few years…
- some prices may stay the same, some may increase. If your price does increase, it will be a $5-$10 increase.

I hope each of you understand why I have to do this. As much as I don’t want too, it is necessary.
