A Little Appreciation for Our Amazing Clients!
We want to take a moment to say THANK YOU to all of our wonderful clients who respect our cancellation policy and give us as much notice as possible when plans change. We truly appreciate you!
We know that life happens. Schedules change, kids get sick, emergencies come up, and sometimes our pups simply have other plans. We understand! ❤️
So then, why do we have a cancellation policy?
When you reserve time with Howling Peaks, that time is specifically held for you and your pet. Once reserved, we often turn away other clients who may be looking for that same day or appointment.
Our cancellation policy helps us:
Keep our groomer, trainers, and K9 Coach team scheduled and working. Did you know we have 32 team members that count on your dog showing up to their reservation? Reservations and appointments numbers are how we staff our days and get our team scheduled!
Maintain consistent hours for our employees
Give other clients an opportunity to book available reservations
Keep our services running smoothly and efficiently
Provide the level of care and attention your pets deserve
When you provide adequate notice, it gives us the opportunity to offer that appointment to another client—and that can make a huge difference for someone waiting for an opening!
We don't have a cancellation policy because we want to make things difficult. We have a cancellation policy because our our team’s time matters - they show up expecting you, and every reserved spot represents an opportunity to care for a pet and our ability to keep our doors open for you!
To everyone who communicates with us, keeps their appointments, and provides notice when they need to make a change:
THANK YOU. 💙
To those who do have to cancel last minute, but are kind, understanding and respectful of our policy:
THANK YOU! 💙
Your consideration helps support our team, our small business, and the many pets and families we have the privilege of serving every day.
We appreciate you more than you know! Thank you for keeping us doing what we love most!
