The Beringia Settlement Trust Board has declared a 2026 regular distribution of $13.50 per share and a $1,600 Elder distribution for original shareholders age 65 or older as of Nov. 1, 2026. These distributions are not taxable and will be direct deposited or mailed on or before Nov. 15, 2026.

"BSNC had an incredible year, and we are grateful for the opportunity to share that success with our shareholders," said BSNC President Cindy Massie. "In addition to the special distribution of $8.75 per share and $500 per eligible Elder paid earlier this year, we are pleased to provide this record-high regular distribution.”

In addition to the 2026 distributions, the Board recently approved a special $7.5 million contribution to the Beringia Settlement Trust Permanent Fund, bringing the fund to approximately $95 million. Beginning in 2027, the Permanent Fund is intended to help support shareholder distributions and strengthen BSNC’s ability to provide meaningful benefits as new shareholders are welcomed.

Individuals approved through the 2026 open enrollment will receive their shares in early 2027 and are not eligible for the 2026 distributions.

Shareholders are encouraged to verify their direct deposit and mailing information through the MyBSNC Shareholder Portal at shareholder.bsnc.net by Oct. 15, 2026. For assistance, contact the Shareholder Department at [email protected] or 907-443-5252.
