Hi everyone, meet Molly. She was scheduled for euthanasia yesterday, but after discussing her situation with her owner and assessing her behavior, I determined that she deserves a chance at life. She’s approximately 2 years old and spayed. She does do well with children or other dogs. She was born on a farm and she is a herding dog. She’s just very scared 🥹
Molly is young and healthy, just has displayed some aggressive behavior but I truly believe she was not placed with the right family 😞

the morning sun rises

Dawn, when the curtain of the sky lifts,
pink bowing to blue
and the time for day to debut.
That was when Bodhi would follow me
into the living room to meditate with me
That is the hour I will miss him most.

Bless angels like Daniela.
Yes, it hurts when your beloved pet dies.
Tears flow like a river that will not stop
But Daniela is there to steady your heart—
to help you know you have done what love requires

It is so comforting to know
that in this crazy world,
there are hands like Daniela
gentle, sure and full of grace
guiding a soul towards freedom
