I think it’s time I introduce myself 🤍

Hi friends! I’m Lainey, the Executive Assistant here at Bridle Up Hope. I get to wear a lot of different hats—managing our social media, planning events, leading service, connecting with our community, and helping build partnerships that make scholarships possible for our riders.

Bridle Up Hope is actually really personal to me. I went through the program at our headquarters in Alpine, Utah in 2023, during a time when I was grieving the loss of two of my very close friends. That experience changed me. It gave me healing, purpose, and a kind of strength I didn’t know I had. As soon as I finished the program, I became a service lead there because I knew I wanted to help other girls feel what I felt.

Not long after, I moved to Idaho for college, got married, and started a new chapter of life. When I found out Bridle Up Hope was starting a location in Idaho Falls, I knew immediately I needed to be a part of it.

Now I get to be involved in this mission in so many ways, and it truly means everything to me. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful this program is, and I’m so grateful to help create a place where girls can find confidence, healing, and purpose—just like I did 🤍

Our first ever Bridle Up Hope service activity was a huge success! 🎉
Our amazing girls learned how to braid hair and also rolled up their sleeves to clean the arena—serving others and caring for our space.

Through horses and the leadership principles from The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, these girls are building confidence, responsibility, and the joy of giving back. 💗

So proud to watch them grow while making a difference!
