The East Idaho Spay Neuter Coalition (EISNC) is pleased to announce that we will be releasing a limited number of feline and canine vouchers to Southeast Idaho residents on September 17th, 2025 at 9 a.m.

This release will be held at Idaho Falls Animal Shelter located at 2450 Hemmert Ave in Idaho Falls. Any questions regarding this program should be made through the EISNC page and/or messenger. IFAS is kind to offer their facility, but cannot answer specific questions regarding this program.

These vouchers are provided on a first come, first served basis, and you (or a designated representative) must be present to receive your voucher. Vouchers will NOT be available by any other method such as phone, email, Facebook, etc.

Feline vouchers are limited to 2 per household and canine vouchers are limited to 1 per household.

Our intention is to assist those who might need a little financial help. However, documentation for eligibility is not required. Regarding the feline program - it is specifically designed for “socialized” kittens/cats, and is not intended for community/feral cats.

There is no need to schedule a veterinarian appointment because we have already pre-booked appointments that you can choose from. The appointments for this campaign are scheduled for the latter part of September.

The feline vouchers require a $40 cash copay (spay or neuter). The canine spay vouchers are $110 and the canine neuter vouchers are $95. All copays must be paid when you register for your voucher during the campaign hours at the Idaho Falls Animal Shelter.

The co-pay is non-refundable, so if you miss your appointment, your copay will not be refunded. Please bring an exact cash amount for your co-pay because change back to you is not available. This is a cash only release - credit cards, debit cards, Venmo, or checks cannot be processed at these voucher releases.

You may want to arrive a little early as we often get started a little before 9 AM, and we will end at 10 AM. A huge thank you to IFAS for providing their facility for this voucher release!

The funding for this voucher release is made possible from The State of Idaho Pet Friendly License Plate grant program! We so appreciate this funding and thank the thousands of Idahoans who pay the extra fee for the Pet Friendly License Plates. Those funds come back to organizations such as East Idaho Spay Neuter Coalition in the form of grants to assist families and individuals in our region with affordable pet spays and Neuters. We are so grateful!
