It all started with someone saying Lisa looked like a Skittle… 🌈

Then Michael hit her with a casual “What’s up, Purple?” 💜

And well… things escalated QUICKLY. 🫣

Before we knew it, she was being compared to Barney, a Furby, a Fijit Friend, a Teletubby, and just about every other pink and purple character we could think of! And of course, we couldn’t forget her beloved Fruit Punch Spark. Powered by Spark, dressed like the packet!

Lisa really is the BEST, and there’s honestly no one we’d rather pick on! She’s always a good sport and keeps us laughing around the office. We love her to pieces! 💗

But if there’s one thing we all learned today, it’s that LISA IS NOT PURPLE. SHE IS FUCHSIA!!! And don’t you dare get it twisted!

All jokes aside, we promise we’re getting work done around here! We just believe that a little laughter makes the workday that much better!

So, what actually happens to your policy after you file a claim? 👀

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some claims may have little to no impact. Others could affect your premium at renewal depending on the type of claim, fault, your claims history, and your carrier’s guidelines.

Don’t let the fear of a rate change keep you from using your insurance when you need it. Filing a claim should come down to what makes the most sense for your situation.

Yesterday we had the honor of being part of Keller Williams’ RED Day, where our local first responders were treated to a free lunch, fun prizes, and a small token of appreciation for everything they do for our community.

We are so thankful for everyone who helped make this event possible and for the opportunity to show our gratitude to the men and women who serve, protect, and care for our community every day.

Now, let’s give a quick recap of our amazing team:
Lisa: The fearless leader, the mama bear of insurance—she keeps her customers covered and isn’t afraid to guide them with a little tough love and a laugh.

Allison: A natural educator and voted the most organized sales agent on board. With her wits—and her knack for details—she’ll guide her customers to the best coverage!

Michael: Our energetic sales agent who’s always on the move! He’s your go-to, go-go-go guy—supportive, full of humor, and always armed with caffeine, no matter what’s ahead!

Carleigh: Witty and giggly retention specialist who makes reshopping an ease (and always has a sweet tea or a coke nearby).

Regina: Sweet, dependable, and a busy momma! She might be outnumbered at home, but in the office, she’s always in control—ready to help with quotes, reshops, and anything else.

✨ Meet the Team: Samantha Perez-Macias ✨

Sam has been with the agency since 2019, back when it was just her and Lisa somehow running the entire office. Since then, the team has grown to seven, but Sambo is still the one helping keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

As our Office Manager, she’s Lisa’s right-hand and helps guide the team with quoting, sales support, and marketing. Around the office she’s known as the “Quote Wizard” and the agency’s unofficial do-it-all, know-it-all when it comes to navigating carriers, coverages, and tricky insurance situations.

If you ask the team to describe her, you’ll hear things like dependable, hardworking, loyal, supportive… and a little stubborn. She’s also known for her sarcastic sense of humor, being a bit of a brat (their words, not ours), and for always having the team’s back. Some might even say she’s a little fiery—and according to the office, even her firefighter boyfriend Nathan can’t put that fire out. 🔥

Outside of work, she enjoys hanging out with friends, attempting to golf (she’s a lefty and still working on it), playing video games, and baking all kinds of goodies for the people she loves. At home, they also stay busy with their two dogs, who keep life entertaining.

✨ Meet the Team: Danielle Link ✨

You might already recognize Danielle from around town. Maybe you’ve heard her singing with her family band, Next to Kin, or perhaps she’s been your go-to hairstylist. Danielle wears a lot of hats, but she still makes time to help take care of our customers here in the office.

Danielle serves as our part-time in-house service representative, helping customers with policy changes, questions, and anything else they may need. She’s always ready to jump in and help wherever she can, which is why we like to call her our Jack-of-all-trades. And even though she’s part-time in the office, she still sells insurance on the side as well. The great thing is that she has a full team behind her who can help assist her and her customers whenever needed, making sure everyone is always taken care of.

When she’s not working… well, she’s probably still working. Just kidding! In her downtime, Danielle enjoys spending time with her husband Rico and their sweet pup Murphy. They love hosting cookouts and spending time with their friends and family.

We’re lucky to have Danielle on our team and appreciate all the different ways she helps support both our office and our customers.
