CANCELLATION POLICY 🐾.

Recently, we’ve experienced an increase in no-shows and last-minute cancellations,
particularly cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to an appointment.

We completely understand that things happen. People get sick, cars break down, emergencies
come up, and sometimes life simply doesn’t go according to plan. ❤

However, when an appointment is canceled at the last minute or a client doesn’t show, we’re
often unable to fill that appointment time with another client.

Grooming is a commission-based industry, which means our groomers are paid based on the
services they perform. When a client doesn’t show or cancels too late for us to fill the appointment slot, the groomer loses the opportunity to work and earn income during that time.

Our groomers have bills, families, and responsibilities too, and their appointment time is their
livelihood. ❤

We will always use our best judgment when unexpected circumstances arise. We know that
emergencies happen, and we don’t want anyone to feel afraid to contact us when something
unexpected comes up.

We simply ask that whenever possible, you give us as much notice as you can. Even a little
notice may allow us to offer your appointment to another client who is waiting for an opening.

Thank you for understanding and for helping us support our amazing grooming team! 🐶❤
