We are looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented person to join our team as a Veterinary Client Service Representative.
As the first point of contact for our clients, this role is essential in helping create a welcoming and professional experience for both pets and their owners. We are looking for someone who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and excellent customer service.
💼 Position Details
• Full-Time, M-F 7:45AM – 5:00PM, Select Saturdays 7:45AM – 12:00PM
• Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications
• Starting date: MAY / JUNE 2026
🐶 Responsibilities include:
• Greeting clients and pets
• Answering phones and scheduling appointments
• Maintaining accurate client and patient records
• Processing payments and invoices
• Supporting the veterinary team with communication and scheduling
• Helping keep the front desk organized and welcoming
✅ We’re looking for someone who:
• Has strong attention to detail
• Is friendly, compassionate, and professional
• Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Has good communication and computer skills
• Loves animals and enjoys helping people

We are looking for a hardworking, dependable Veterinary Assistant to join our mixed animal practice full-time.
If you enjoy working with animals and don’t mind getting your hands dirty helping care for them, this could be a great fit!
💼 Position Details
• Full-Time, M-F 7:45AM – 5:00PM and alternating weekends
• Starting pay is based on experience and qualifications
• Starting date would be in MAY / JUNE 2026
🐶 Responsibilities include:
• Caring for hospitalized and boarding animals
• Cleaning kennels and maintaining a safe clinic environment
• Assisting veterinarians during exams and procedures
• Preparing exam rooms and helping with patient care
• Supporting daily clinic operations

• Is reliable and detail-oriented
• Is comfortable working with both small and large animals
• Can work in a fast-paced environment

4/13/2026 UPDATE:

We do our best to offer Saturday appointments for our clients who need weekend availability. However, these spots are very limited.

This past Saturday, nearly half of our scheduled appointments were no-shows. This means multiple pets who needed care were unable to be seen because those spots were booked in advance, while reserved appointment times went unused.

To better serve all of our patients and make the most of our schedule, we will be strictly enforcing our no-show policy moving forward.

➡️ If a client does not show up for a scheduled appointment without calling in advance, a $30 No-Show Fee will be added to the account.
➡️ Missed procedures without notice will result in a $50 No-Show Fee.
➡️ Clients with multiple no-shows may be required to prepay for future visits, and missed prepaid appointments will result in forfeiture of payment.

We completely understand that things come up—if you need to cancel or reschedule, please just give us a call as soon as you are able so we can offer that time to another patient in need.

Thank you for your understanding and for helping us provide the best care possible to all of our patients.

Friendly reminder of our Small Animal Procedure No-Show Policy:

Small animal procedures require reserved doctor time, staff preparation, and medical resources for your pet’s care.

If you miss a scheduled small animal procedure without calling ahead, it will be considered a No-Call / No-Show and a $50 No-Show Fee will be applied to your account.

This fee must be paid before scheduling future appointments or procedures.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call us in advance so we can offer the appointment to another patient in need.

Important Update

Due to the continued rise in the cost of utilities, medications, medical supplies, laboratory services, equipment, and staffing, we will be making modest adjustments to the pricing of some common procedures. These changes will take effect April 1st.

To support our clients who already have appointments scheduled, we will honor current pricing for small animal procedures that are already booked in April prior to this announcement.

These adjustments help us continue providing the high level of veterinary medicine, equipment, and compassionate care that your pets deserve.
