Just a friendly reminder that we work by appointments and do not have set business hours for pick ups and drop offs. 🐾
When scheduling your pet’s grooming or boarding stay, please make sure to discuss any specific pick up or drop off time needs with us ahead of time so we can best accommodate everyone’s schedule.
We try our best to be flexible, but advance communication is extremely important since staff availability and appointments vary day to day.

Helpful Tips For Your Pet’s Boarding Stay 🐾
A little preparation can go a long way in helping your dog feel comfortable and settled during their stay with us!
• Please avoid changing your dog’s food right before boarding. Sudden food changes can upset their belly and make them uncomfortable during their visit.
• If your pup has a favorite blanket, toy, or comfort item from home, feel free to pack it! Familiar smells can help them relax in a new environment.
• Give us a rundown of your dog’s normal routine at home. Do they potty immediately after eating, or about 30 minutes later? Do they have certain bedtime habits or feeding routines? The more we know, the more we can help make their stay feel familiar and stress-free.
• Let us know about any quirks, preferences, or things that help your dog feel comfortable. Every pet is different, and we want to care for them the best we can.
Our goal is to make boarding feel as safe, comfortable, and fun as possible for every guest ❤️
