I was talking with one of my senior customers this afternoon and she was regaling me with stories about her past which included owning and caring for horses. It really made me miss my horseback riding era. My mom would encourage me to ride when I was very young and when I first moved to Florida, I did it all the time.

But then, life, you know? Life just happens sometimes and you forget what you used to love. Fade away from what used to be normal because of what is now your new normal.

I really wish I had taken more pictures and ridden more often. There are few things more peaceful than being and connecting with a horse while in nature. 🫶🏾 Maybe my next journey will include rescuing horses! 😄🤗🐎🥰
