We’ve been receiving a lot of emails with questions, so we wanted to share this again in case you missed it!
We’ve also noticed that quite a few emails have been going to spam folders, both on our end and on the sender’s end. If you’ve emailed us and haven’t received a response, please check your spam folder! 🐾
When you email us it’s a 50/50 chance we will get your message.
1) We don’t check email as often as we do private messages.
2) Emails sometimes go to our spam folder and I don’t see them or when I respond they go to your spam.
3) Sometimes mid conversation it goes to my spam folder which is what happened to 2 people this last week.
Facebook private message is the best way to reach us! If you text me, 9 out of 10 times it’s someone trying to scam me, so I don’t always respond right away to numbers I don’t know or I overlook the number because it comes the same time as coupon or spam text messages. I currently have 346 text messages and my email is almost full. I will clean those up after the last of these litters leave, but taking care of the puppies is my main priority. It’s okay to email me, but just know I might not get the message or might be really slow responding. I apologize for the inconvenience! We probably get a minimum of 5 scams a day and what I said above helps me not have to deal with that. I know some don’t have Facebook, so that’s okay, but might send us a couple emails to try and get us to notice. I notice emails if I’m holding my phone, but that’s not always the case with puppies here. Thank you!
