We have several exciting things happening, and we wanted to keep everyone in the loop!

💻 Paw Partner Launching Monday We officially go live with our new Paw Partner system on Monday! You should receive an email sometime that day with instructions on how to create your account and log in. As with any new system, please let us know if you notice anything that doesn't look right or if you have any questions during the transition.

🎉 New Referral Program We love when our daycare family grows through your recommendations! Starting now, any active daycare member who refers a new daycare client will receive $20 off their next month's membership once that referral signs up and becomes an active daycare dog.

🎓 25% Off Training for Daycare Dogs We're making training even more accessible for our daycare pups! All active daycare dogs will now receive 25% off all training services, including both group classes and private training sessions.

⭐ Introducing Trick of the Month We're doing a trial run of a fun new daycare add-on!
Each month, we'll choose a trick and spend time working with participating dogs throughout their daycare days. If you'd like your dog to learn that month's trick, simply add the program to your account for $30 per month.

For our first month, we'll be teaching: 🔄 SPIN 🔄
We'll work on building the behavior throughout the month and help your pup show off their new skill at home!

From tiny puppies to grown best friends — Gokee and Hazel have been doing daycare life together from the very beginning. 🐾❤️
Watching these two grow up side by side has been such a special thing to witness. From puppy zoomies and learning the ropes together to the confident, goofy dogs they are now, their friendship has stayed just as strong.
These are the moments that make daycare so special for us. We don’t just get to watch dogs play — we get to watch them grow up together. 🥹

We are looking for someone to join our team in a very part-time/fill-in position. This role would primarily be 1–2 shifts a week, along with helping cover staff time off when needed.

This is a great fit for someone looking for a little extra work each week and interested in a longer-term position with our team.

• Weekday availability required
• Must be reliable and flexible
• Comfortable working with dogs of all sizes and personalities

Animal experience is a plus, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn go a long way!

Our April Dog of the Month is none other than the one and only Blanche!

Blanche has been with us since she was just a puppy, and it has been such a joy watching her grow into the sweetest, goofiest girl. From her puppy antics to the loving, fun personality she has today, she has brought so much happiness to everyone around her.
She keeps us smiling with her silly ways, melts hearts with her sweet nature, and is always a bright spot in our days. Blanche has truly become such a special part of our family here, and we are so thankful to have watched her grow every step of the way.

Congratulations, Blanche! We love you and can’t wait for many more fun days ahead.

A year ago this week, our world changed overnight. Our business burned down, and with it went everything we had worked so hard to build. We were faced with a choice: give up, or start over from the ground up. We chose to rebuild.
This past year has not been easy, but it has shown us just how strong our community truly is. Because of your support, encouragement, patience, and loyalty, we were able to rise from one of the hardest moments of our lives and come back stronger than ever.
What could have been the end of our story became the beginning of a new chapter. We have grown, rebuilt, and continued doing what we love because of every person who stood beside us along the way.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you for believing in us, supporting us, and helping us turn heartbreak into hope. We will never forget it.
Here’s to resilience, growth, and everything still to come. We are so grateful to still be here — and even more excited for the future.

Early this morning, my world was turned completely upside down.

A fire started in the building behind us and, though we don’t yet know how it began, it spread quickly and completely destroyed our building. We are waiting on the fire inspectors to determine the cause, but right now, all we know is that everything we’ve built is gone.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around it all. This place wasn’t just a building — it was my dream, my second home, and a huge part of my heart. Seeing it reduced to ashes is something I don’t think I’ll ever forget.

I want to thank everyone who’s already reached out — the messages, calls, and offers to help have truly meant the world. I’m overwhelmed in the best way by your kindness. But for now, there’s not much we need except time. Time to grieve, to regroup, and to figure out what’s next.

Thank you for your love and support. I’ll share more when I can.

Our crew had a tail-waggin’ good time celebrating with their friends—complete with bunny ears, extra treats, and all the zoomies you could imagine 🐾💛
We love getting to make days like this special for your pups. They bring so much joy into our space, and we’re so grateful to be part of their adventures (and their holiday fun 🐰✨)

Update: I spoke with Ahsley, our resident groomer at Great Lakes Dog Grooming, and she said she will come in for nail trims for our daycare pups! She will be in Wednesday and Thursday next week. Let her know if you'd like your pups nails done. She also said if you do this bi-weekly it will help get those quicks pushed back (she's been working with a few of our dogs already with this).

Keeping your dog’s nails trimmed isn’t just about looks — it’s about safety and comfort. We’ve recently seen an increase in scratches during play, and long nails are a big contributor.
Long nails can: • Cause pain when walking
• Affect posture and joint health
• Increase the risk of injury or torn nails
• Make playtime unsafe for other dogs and staff
If you can hear your dog’s nails clicking on the floor, it’s time for a trim ✂️
We do have a groomer available, and you can schedule nail grinds with us to help keep your pup safe and comfortable.

It’s hard to believe we’re coming up on one year since the fire that destroyed our last location—an April we’ll never forget.
What could have been the end of our story turned into a new beginning—one filled with growth, resilience, and an outpouring of support that we will never be able to thank you enough for.
