September was one for the books at The Bauer Agency! 🎉

Our team officially had our best month ever, helping clients with 95 new insurance policies while also helping our current clients re-shop 70 policies to make sure their insurance continues to meet their needs.

We also have some individual wins worth celebrating!
🏆 Our September MVP is Rob Bauer! Rob helped our current clients with 45 re-shops while also stepping into his new role managing our sales team’s daily activities. He has taken on a lot this month, and we’re grateful for the leadership and support he brings to our team.

⭐ Congratulations to Samantha Bauer, who set a new personal record with 65 new business policies in September!

👏 And a big congratulations to Andrew Skrastins, who completed his first full month as an Account Executive! Andrew continues to learn, grow and build momentum, and we’re excited to watch him continue developing in his new role.
