Because of the generosity of you all, we were able to donate $2780 to our local fire departments! 🥳 Thank you to everyone who bought tickets & donated!

A special thank you to Robbie Buchheit & Barb Keegan for helping us get the funds distributed amongst all our local fire departments through the Pine Ridge Mutual Aid Association.

It was awesome to watch our pit crew come together with other racers to get that car running between heats. If only it would've cooperated for us on that last one!

And another thank you to all our sponsors who helped the car come together:
- Bernie's Supply
- Panhandle Fab Inc. - Metal Designs
- Bolek-Bilt Welding and Fabrication
- Revival Remodeling & Handyman Services
- Highland Park Care Center Alliance

'Twas the night before fair week & all were dreaming of erratic driving...

🔥WIN A CHANCE TO DRIVE THIS BUMP & RUN CAR🔥

As Nebraska faces one of the largest wildfire seasons in state history, our volunteer fire departments continue to answer the call day & night. Men & women - many with other full time jobs - sacrificing time with their families and many sleepless nights to protect our communities, land, and livelihoods.

To help give back, Knox Road Taxidermy is raffling off the chance to drive a fully prepared Bump & Run car at the Box Butte County Fair on August 9th, 2026!

🚒 100% of proceeds will benefit the Pine Ridge Mutual Aid Association (PRMAA), supporting our local volunteer fire departments in Alliance, Angostura, Ardmore, Chadron, Crawford, Harrison, Hay Springs, Heart of the Hills, Hemingford, Gordon, Merriman, and Rushville.

🏁 Included: Car, helmet, and full pit crew to get you back running between heats.

🎟 Tickets: $5 each or 5 tickets for $20.

Purchase tickets by:
📱 Venmo Knox Road Taxidermy (please include the driver's name and phone number with your payment), or
📍 Buy in person at Carquest, Panhandle Fab, or Bolek Built in Alliance.

If you would like to donate to the cause without buying tickets, this can also be done through Venmo or in person at the above locations.

Drivers must be 16+ to meet Bump & Run regulations.

🎉 The winner will be drawn August 8 during the Box Butte County Fair concert and announced live on the Knox Road Taxidermy page to give the driver time to prepare for the race the next day.

Thank you for supporting the volunteers who work tirelessly to protect our communities. ❤️🚒
