Atown Animal Shelter City of Alliance Animal Shelter. The shelter does not take Owner Surrender pets. Give as much information as you can. PLEASE and ALWAYS be respectful and polite.

Help owners find their lost pets and assisting Animal Service Officer find forever home for dogs/cats. ALWAYS: Contact the Animal Control Officer at 308-762-4955 to report your animal missing. The Alliance Animal Shelter does have a land line phone.

Can message us about putting up a picture of a lost or found cat or dog. PLEASE: IF missing a pet ALWAYS call police station and notify animal control. PLEASE NOTE: CAN NOT TAKE IN COUNTRY ANIMALS or IF you want surrender your animal!! ANIMALS: are kept for 7 days for owner to retrieve then after wards it comes up for adoption:

ADOPTION FEE:
Cats/Kittens: $30 for in town and FREE to use as barn cats
Dogs/Puppies: $50

PICKING UP LOST PET:
There is a fee owner picking up animal (please talk to police station or animal control)

Meet our Wilbur i think he is Maybe 5. Wilbur has not had a goog life, he came in with a very sevier ear infections. This will probably be a often thing to to the fact that his ears are not cropped right. This is by far one of the SWEETEST dogs I have ever had here at the shelter. We are currently accepting applications for adoption for Wilbur. I will be very careful on where this sweet baby goes. I will do home check and you must have a vet reference. Meet Wilbur he has had a rough start at the shelter,Wilbur came in with a serious ear infections but after a visit at the Alliance Animal Clinic Wilbur is on his way of recovery. The vet thinks he is a Cane Corso mix maybe 4 0r 5 yeas old. Wilbur is house trained he can't hear very well right now because of the swelling of his ears. I hope that will go away with time.
