Lone Star ticks are becoming increasingly established throughout Ohio—including here in Northeast Ohio—and they can remain active well into the cooler months.

Pets can pick up ticks in the yard, on walks, in tall grass, or in the woods and bring them right back home. That’s why we recommend 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗮 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸 𝗽𝗿𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, not just spring and summer prevention.

🐾 𝗪𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿? 𝗔𝘀𝗸 𝘂𝘀 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗕𝗥𝗔𝗩𝗘𝗖𝗧𝗢® 𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗡𝗧𝗨𝗠. One veterinarian-administered injection provides dogs 6 months and older with extended flea and tick protection—up to 𝟭𝟮 𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗵𝘀 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗮𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝘀.

And that means some of our wonderful summer girls are getting ready to head back to school. 📚💚

☔ Rainy day phone reminder! 📞

Our phone system runs on WiFi, which means when Spectrum decides the weather is just a little too much for it, the physical phones in our office won't ring.

The good news: we can still see you! 💙

📱 You can still text our regular office number, and your messages come through our software.

☎️ If you call, our software still logs the multiple missed calls, even though we may never hear the phone ring.

So if it’s cloudy, rainy, or Spectrum is experiencing an outage and you’re wondering why no one answered—we promise we aren’t ignoring you! Texting us is the fastest way to get through.

💊 All prescription refills must be picked up by 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗲 𝟮𝟵𝘁𝗵. Any medications remaining at the office on June 30th will be restocked as we prepare for the software conversion.

💳 All outstanding account balances 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 be paid in full by June 29th. This will help ensure a smooth transition of client accounts into the new system.

📅 The office will be 𝗖𝗟𝗢𝗦𝗘𝗗 June 30th while our team completes the final software conversion, transfers records, verifies data, and puts the finishing touches on the new system.
