Someone was excited to see me this morning 🤣. This is my female Green Keel Bellied Lizard. She is much less flighty than my male and I will generally find her basking or up on one of the plants in the enclosure. I’m hoping the pair will produce a clutch for me in the future. I like working with this species because of their appearance and size. They exhibit similar behavior to monitor lizards at a fraction of the size.

Pineapple Spiky Isopods Cristarmadillium muricatum are small isopods from Spain which are aptly named due to their appearance. These are a relatively new species to work with for me. I’m generally not a fan of many of the spiky species due to them being smaller in stature. In addition to the pineapple spiky isopods, I also work with Puerto Rican Spiky isopods Ctenorillo sp. “Boqueron”

Rubber Ducky isopods Cubaris sp. are one of the most popular isopods due to their appearance. They are one of the many different species of isopods that I work with here and are still one of my favorites.

Love keeping these. They’re so cool to observe. Green Keel Bellied Lizard 🦎
