Nothing a dog does is on accident. Every thing they do, is on purpose. Dogs try to wiggle their way out of everything.

Accountability communicates that you are providing leadership.ļæ¼ leaders call the shots that keep everyone safe. We cannot rely on their decision making skills, especially if they have a warped understanding of what we expect from them.

The lack of respect people have towards
ā€œfriendlier looking dogsā€ is definitely a theory I will die on.

In preacherā€™s entire six years of life, we have never been run up on. Anywhere.

The one time i work my bc here, people all of sudden forget leash laws exist. This happened again, the same week with a corgi!!

But again, Iā€™ve never experienced this with my Rottweilers,Corsoā€™s,Shepards, or Dobies. I have trained here for over 3 years and have never had an incident. I wonder why šŸ¤”

I would too, if the way I was treated was based on the ā€œstereotypical lazy bulldogā€.

In all seriousness, classifying a dogs expected behavior based on the ā€œgood bulldogā€ you had growing up, the lazy one from the cartoon you saw growing up that just laid on the couch, took a walk once a week and ate the scrap from your plate is more harmful than good.

Iā€™ve never met a bulldog that shys away from a game of tug or ball.

Most dogs are frustrated, understimulated and overweight. Causing reactive behavior towards you or other people and animals in the home.

Everyone has their preference of space while walking with their dog. Itā€™s up to you to determine a position that best accommodates you and your dogs needs depending on size, task and environmental circumstance.
