The house stinks like onions today! I am currently drying out all of our onion scapes to make chemical free onion powder. I’m sure this will be very limited, but still delicious and awesome! This onion powder should be green and taste like a cross between an onion and a chive with even a hint of garlic. As always, I reflect on my process on a small farm: hand planted, hand selected, hand cut, hand washed, hand chopped, hand sorted, hand dried, and soon to be hand powdered and hand packaged by my happy hands and grateful heart. πŸ’šπŸ§…πŸ₯°

As this compost is for all of the West Michigan gardening community, we ask that you bring 5 gallon buckets or totes to fill. Take what you need and not with greed, please. πŸ’šπŸ™ I can definitely post if there are any leftovers for those wanting more, but I want to try to ensure everyone gets some first. ☺️

β€ΌοΈπŸš¨As always, we ask that if you have been around any other farms or zoos recently, or own livestock of your own, that you wear clean shoes or ask us for boot covers before coming on the property. This is because we run a disease tested and biosecure farm/herd and chemical free garden. Our animals safety is always our priority! Thank you so much!!! πŸš¨β€ΌοΈ
