THROWBACK! 🐴♥️ oh how much these rides have changed over the years haha. 😉 I remember taking these videos for that weekend of rides and thinking “oh man this is so fun and cool!”😉 To some these rides might look lame, but to us (even now), these rides were truly something. 🤩

If we had stopped when some of the locals called them laughable, we wouldn’t have the experience we have today. 🥰 A reminder that dreams and the “imperfections” that come with them is just part of the journey! Do your best and what makes you proud. 💪💕

The girls finished off 5-Day with a fun gymkhana show to share everything they learned! 🐴☀️❤️ Everyone did a great job partnering with their horses. It was the perfect ending to a beautiful week of learning and horsemanship as the sun set behind them.

We are so proud of the girls and the dedication it took to make this week possible. 🥹 Their work started back in the freezing cold of January. They trained with their horse partners and helped with stretching. They also attended appointments so they could better understand each horse’s physical needs. 💪✨

The girls made sure their horses had the proper therapy and additional nutrition needed to support this level of fitness. They worked together to raise money through tack sales and collected returnable cans that so many of you donated. 🥰 They also helped with our rides and horse care throughout the year to keep them close to these horses.

Every bit of that time built the trust and partnership we see. And this week was the result of months of hard work and genuine love for their horses!!🐴💕

We are also incredibly thankful for the council members who volunteer their time and resources to put this together year after year. We know how much work happens behind the scenes. It means so much to us that these kids have the opportunity to learn alongside their horses and make memories like these every summer!! 🥰♥️🐎
