We are selling our 2 1/2 year old, Irish Setter, Emmett Malachi.

Emmett went with John to South Dakota as a 6 and 18 month old. John was impressed with his early hunting and continues to be impressed with Emmett's great nose and pointing. Emmett also has a natural retrieve as good as any lab. John bought Emmett from Ironfire Setters, formerly of St. Cloud, MN, and now located in Colorado.

Due to medical circumstances, John wants his pointer to go to a good hunting home. As a 2 1/2 year old, Emmett has many more years of hunting ahead of him. If you or someone you know is interested please call John at 616-581-2401. $2,300.

Today was a quiet day for Kinross. We said good bye to our lovely Georgie. She is now in good hands at her retirement home. She was an exceptional momma dog, giving us 8 litters and two really special sister pups Lily and Penelope. Time for rest and relaxation, Miss Georgette.

I have had the pups out every day (short walks and little outdoor pen time in the bad heat). How they enjoy finding new things. Hoss has become the big baby, Little G is now the boss, Wendell is the explorer, and Batman likes my attention and oscillates between sweet and chewing.
