Dear Clients,

As much as it pains me to make this post, Snyder Grooming LLC will be closed for the remainder of this week through Sunday.

Unfortunately, my husband and I will be saying goodbye to a very important member of our family on Saturday. She has been with us since we first started dating and has been by our side through so many chapters of our lives. Making the decision to let her go is one of the hardest things we have ever had to do, and we need this time to be with her and with each other.

Because of this, I will not be taking appointments, answering phone calls, or responding to messages until Monday. If you are in need of nail trims, baths, grooming services, or any other appointments during this time, I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.

My goal is to resume services on Monday. However, if I find that I need a little more time to grieve and process this loss, I will personally reach out to any affected clients to reschedule.

Thank you for your understanding, kindness, and respect for our privacy during this difficult time. We truly appreciate your support.

📣 Announcement from Snyder’s Grooming

Hi everyone, it’s Anna from Snyder’s Grooming.

I need to clear up some confusion regarding pricing. My prices were updated at the end of February/beginning of March. Please make sure to review the pinned post for the most current pricing, as some services have changed while others have remained the same.

Recently, I experienced a very difficult interaction with a client who referenced an old quote from January and had not reviewed the updated pricing. I understand that price changes can be frustrating, but rude or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated. I truly appreciate kindness and understanding from my clients.

In other news, I will be taking a part-time position at a grooming salon due to personal reasons. I will still be operating Snyder’s Grooming, but appointments will now be scheduled only on my days off. I kindly ask for your patience and consideration as I adjust to this new schedule.

Clients who already have appointments booked for May and June will be my first priority. After those are confirmed, I will reach out if additional openings become available. I will share my new availability within the next few days so we can plan scheduling moving forward.

Attention Snyder Grooming Clients 🐾

I never like having to make posts like this, but due to low demand in certain areas, I will no longer be servicing Battle Creek, Newaygo, Fruitport, and a few additional areas that will be announced soon. Unfortunately, there simply isn’t enough clientele to continue traveling there without adding a travel fee. I sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and truly appreciate your understanding.

I also want to send a friendly reminder: I do not have a mobile grooming van or trailer. This information is listed on my page and in my posts. Please take a moment to read my page before messaging about services. I kindly ask that if you don’t have something respectful to say, please keep negative comments to yourself. The recent messages and comments have become overwhelming and unnecessary.

Another important note: if this is your pet’s first grooming experience, I always go slow and work at the animal’s pace. I do not rush groom and I will never force an animal to do something they are not comfortable with. If your pet needs services beyond what I can safely provide, I will recommend a grooming salon or facility that may be better equipped.

Lastly, I want to let everyone know that I have a new scheduler who started last week. If you experienced any scheduling issues recently, I sincerely apologize and appreciate your patience while we transition.

Due to severe flooding and unsafe travel conditions 🌧️🚧, Snyder Grooming must urgently reschedule the Newaygo, Ravenna, Grand Haven, Muskegon, and Fruitport route to next week. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this may cause, but with only one vehicle available 🚗, we cannot safely risk travel at this time.
