Tri-Star Koi's First-Ever Yume Koi Japan Mud Pond Event

Tri-Star Koi is proud to announce our participation in the 2026 Yume Koi Japan Mud Pond Event,the first time we have been able to offer this exclusive opportunity to our customers.

This unique event allows you to purchase a hand-selected Japanese koi that will spend the growing season in a traditional Japanese mud pond before being harvested and imported to the United States. It is an exceptional opportunity to own a premium Japanese koi while experiencing the excitement of watching it develop in Japan.

This year's event features 138 carefully selected koi from some of Japan's most respected breeders.

How It Works

Reserve your participation through Tri-Star Koi, then review the photos and videos before completing the official selection form by ranking your preferred koi.

Event

$950 USD

Your participation includes:

* One Japanese koi
* One full growing season in a Japanese mud pond
* Professional care and management throughout the grow-out period

Air freight from Japan to the United States, import costs, and domestic shipping are additional and will be invoiced when your koi is ready to ship.

Selection Requirements

* Rank a minimum of 20 koi in order of preference.
* Additional selections are strongly encouraged to maximize your chances during the allocation process.

Once your selection form is complete, return it to Tri-Star Koi, and we will coordinate the submission on your behalf.

Important Deadline

All selection forms must be submitted by Saturday, July 25.

We are excited to bring this opportunity to our customers and look forward to sharing each koi's journey from Japan to Tennessee.
