It’s officially time to start thinking ahead, we are just over 2 months until baby Stecker makes his little appearance!! Man that flew🥹!! In the grooming world that means those that schedule out (we really appreciate you btw😉) are getting close to that unknown territory for scheduling, where I may be gone. I would highly encourage you to schedule your next appointment asap! As of now we are for sure booking through the end of October, and the very beginning of November! Over my maternity leave, we will for sure have baths/desheds/nail trims and select grooms with Kadence available, and I am working on some other familiar faces to help her work in more pets for the holiday crazy! BOARDING WILL BE OPEN AS NORMAL!

Also just a friendly heads up, we are 2-3 weeks booked out right now for grooming appointments! Super thankful for those of you who continue to trust us with your furry friends🥰 we will do our best to work in others, and highly encourage drop off appointments if you’re in a pinch! We can work those in *most* days.

💕stretch out the full hair cut, with a thorough bath blow dry and brush out half way in between!

💕keep those nails at a healthy length with an included nail trim!

💕sanitary trim to keep the stinky areas tidy!

💕 light head trim if needed- particularly those boogies in the eye corners!

💕 each maintenance groom is adjusted to the needs of your pup, and the random spots that need attention before your next full groom!

How about this for satisfaction?!? This Pomeranian trim up was SO fun 🤩

Just a friendly reminder, it is not usually recommended to shave double coated breeds, they are actually kept cooler and safer from sunburns with a thorough deshed!

Shaving a double coat could cause irreversible damage to the coat. Although there are occasions that it is necessary, we’d be happy to talk through your pups situation, and help you decide if it’s the best course of action for you and your pup!

Let’s talk maintenance grooms!

If you enjoy a clean, fresh smelling dog, let’s talk maintenance grooms! A super easy way to maintain a healthy coat is schedule a “face, feet, fanny” groom about half way between regular grooms. A good bath, blow out and nail trim helps you keep up on all of the important pieces, and may even help extend the need for a full haircut too!
