Mirabelle will be watching and bopping around. She’s the cutest little fluffball, but doesn’t like to be touched. She needs a home that will let her be admired from afar most of the time.

Romeow is a 1 year old Siamese fluffball who loves to play and prefers cats to people. Once he warms up, he will allow gentle pets and hang out time. If you have a young, playful cat that needs a buddy, AND you’re willing to give Romeow some time and space, come meet him!

Ozzy Porkchop and his gf Holly are hanging in the a/c, grabbing some treats, ready to make friends! Ozzy just turned 1 and loves to play, eat, and stare. Holly is about 2-3 and pretty chill. Both love each other and would love a home together!

We are open 12-6 with cold drinks, snacks, and lots of cats.

Look at this cutie! If you’re in the Wi******er area, go meet Fork!

He is Pint-sized, but His Purring Motor Goes to 11.

This photo sums up Fork exactly. It's lap time on the deck, with his gummy half smile, and an inquisitive look in his eyes.

Fun fact: when the neighbors come out, Fork turns into a regular Gladys Kravitz! He runs to the deck rail and sticks his teeny peanut head through, wanting to know the latest gossip about everything and everyone. Eventually he settles down to bird watch, or comes back to your lap.

Fork is about 5, and looking for a forever person willing to make a long term commitment to belly rubs. He just loves them! Fork is an absolute purry cuddler for sure, but he doesn't overdo it; rather than lie on your head at night like some, he's content to sleep next to you instead.

While this snuggly peanut is great with other gentle cats, he would be fine as a solo cat because his priority is realllly *you*... well, you, and his favorite food. 😉 Speaking of which, Fork does have a sensitive tummy and eats a prescription diet to keep his stomach happy.

Little Fork is FIV+, but as you may know, if kept indoors (supervised deck time doesn't count), FIV+ cats can live just as long as negative cats. Sometimes however, they can have yucky teeth. No need to worry about that though, because Fork's teefs have been removed, and he is now so much happier. (And dare we say, even cuter!)

It's been an awfully long time since Fork was brought to the Clarke County Humane Foundation , and he longs for a forever home. Mr. Grey and Baby have arrived! Two 21 year olds that are ready for a fresh start. They are soooo sweet and loving.

At their age, we are trying to give them the best possible retirement with lots of love and churus. They are simple and just ask for a heated bed and pets.

Both are hyperthyroid and get pills for that but those are easy and cheap. They both have heart murmurs and aging kidneys and are in desperate need of a glow up, butttttt that just makes them most deserving of extra love.

They already made it to 21, and who knows how much time they have, but if you have space to give these two a home, please consider it! Once you meet them, you will melt! Thank you for helping them and getting them to us!

This large handsome boy is 14 and lost his home. He is super happy in a quiet foster home where he can be brushed and watch birds. He is healthy and so lovable.

Chances are, if you’ve visited the cafe in the last year, you’ve met Athena. Today marks 457 days at the cafe for this sweet girl. For perspective, the average stay for a cat is only about 3 weeks. 🏠 😺

When Athena first arrived, she was incredibly shy and unsure about human affection. But over time, she’s made progress. Now she leans into gentle pets, gets very vocal the second the wet food comes out for dinner, and every now and then, she’ll surprise you by curling up in someone’s lap. 💕 🐾

Athena may take a little time to trust, but she has so much love to give to the person willing to be patient with her. She deserves more than life at the cafe — she deserves a quiet, loving forever home of her own.
