Loved the tulips and daffodils, but they're just about done.

The Uvalde city council & school board passed unanimous resolutions last week, which amounted to one thing.
The ONLY request:

Raise the minimum age to buy a semi-automatic weapon to 21.

Abbott has yet to answer. Today we are asking everyone to put pressure on abbot to call a special session to make this request happen.

There are many things we can ask for in that others will find unreasonable - this SINGLE request is not one of them.

We've finished a section of our fence/climbing trellis in the backyard, gates and all. My favorite thing about diy projects is how wonky it can get because (it may be obvious) we're not professionals. At the end of the day, it does the job, it looks good, and we freaking did it. And the wonkiness, well, it adds character.
