New pupdates!
With school starting up, Ive had some recent changes in my availability in order to be more present for my kiddos when they are home. Weekend and after school appointments will be more limited.
-I have 9:45 and 11:45 appointments available. -Afternoon appointments MUST be picked up before 2:30(unless otherwise discussed ahead of time).
-Please pick up pups within a half hour of recieving a text from me that they are almost ready.
-Appointments 15 minutes late will be rescheduled
-No show appointments will be charged 50% of your dogs total grooming cost up front in order to hold your rescheduled appointment time.
-If a pup comes in with fleas without prior notice ahead of time, a flea bath will be administered and extra charges may apply.
Please communicate if there are scheduling conflicts or if you need a specific time/day. I always try to be as flexible if I can, and appreciate open communication with my clients! 😁😁
