Not bad for his first time only! Little bit of a riding error on two but he came back around! This little three year old has finished up 60 days with me getting some more confidence under saddle, heā€™s gonna make one jam up barrel horse! This was his first time only on a standard pattern and he clocked a 23 loping at his own pace (a 19.4 won the 1D) to say Iā€™m proud of this guys improvements is an understatement heā€™s a different horse.

Olivia Wilkenson taking a spin on Lucy
Not too bad for your first time on her, good job girl!

This guy came in riding in a 3 piece combo bit, he kicked out over a trot, and was very reactive. weā€™ve been working to get him broke back down, soft and fluid through the bit, and lots of desensitizing to tackle that reactivness. Up next on the todo list is to get some time on the barrels- stay tuned once he regains his confidence nothings going to stop this guy. I can totally tell he had a great start put on him in the past!

Here at k bar ranch we find it important for all horses in the program to be broke and light enough in the face that anyone can ride them! This here is Lucy and sheā€™s fired up and ready to work! She is surprisingly still available for an onsite lease! I may also consider selling her to the right home!

Proud of these two for all their hard work, this old girl isnā€™t done yet teaching aspiring riders the ropes yet yet! 24 never looked better

Welcome to the ranch Fyreball šŸ“
This little three yr old is in for some corrective behavior and intro to barrels!
Welcome to school little boy

30 days finished up on this 4 yr old.
She went from unpredictable under saddle, breaking halters standing tied, with little to no ground manors; to having respect on the ground as well as under saddle, sheā€™s a little on the lazier side but sheā€™s riding around real calm and relaxed and ready to work.
Good girl sunny ā˜€ļø
