Rio Grande Animal Hospital

Rio Grande Animal Hospital Rio Grande Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital offering a wide array of products

Located in the heart of the North Valley near Old Town and Rio Grande Blvd, the staff at the Rio Grande Animal Hospital is dedicated to helping you provide the best quality of life for your pets. Our hospital started out in the early 1940s as a family-owned neighborhood practice and continues to be an integral part of the community. This makes us one of the oldest yet progressive hospitals in the

county! After Dr. Galassini retired in 2009, the practice was purchased by Dr. Daniel Levenson and continues the spirit of an independently owned hospital (no corporate or out-of-town owners). We have 2 full-time doctors, 1 part time doctor, and a full staff of caring, knowledgeable people who excel in the science of veterinary medicine. Rio Grande Animal Hospital is a full-service small animal hospital offering a wide array of products and services for your pet. We provide emergency care during normal business hours if needed as well as comprehensive medical exams and consultations for both well and sick pets. Beyond routine vaccinations and annual exams, our hospital and staff offer exceptional care in dental health, internal medicine, cardiology, dermatology, endocrinology, radiology and surgery. Our patients also benefit from our on-site blood analyzing equipment, which can provide important information within minutes and a full service pharmacy. We are excited to offer our clients knowledgeable information and counseling on a wide range of topics such as nutrition and weight control, pediatrics, parasite control (such as fleas and ticks, heartworm, and intestinal parasites), common behavior problems and care of your geriatric pet (including arthritis, pain management, nutrition and quality of life issues)

On behalf of the staff at Rio Grande Animal Hospital, we appreciate your interest in our hospital and look forward to including you and your pet into our Rio Grande Family! Rio Grande Animal Hospital - part of your community for over 60 years. Dr. Holly Delanoy, Dr. Bonnie Gray-Dees, Dr. Lindsey Gardner
