Meet Bronn, the Ultimate Cookie Monster!
Bronn is a 4-year-old, 84-lb special blend with a heart bigger than his (frankly, generous) frame. He's the ultimate velcro dog — wherever you are, he's right there, leaning in for attention and soaking up every bit of love he can get. With his handsome brown and white coat and soulful brown eyes, Bronn has mastered the art of the cookie stare. He's a certified cookie monster who could use a daily "sniffari" to keep that wiggly body moving!

Bronn knows sit and shake (and is ambidextrous!), loves rolling around and splooting in the grass just for the joy of it, and has been known to jump straight up in excited impatience when a cookie — or your attention — isn't coming fast enough. His foster mom calls him "LeBron," which is pretty funny since sporty isn't really his superpower...unless cookies are on the line.

The good stuff: He's house trained, rides well in the car, gets along great with his foster siblings, and has done well with kids. He's easygoing, affectionate, and just wants to be near his people.
One thing to know: Loud noises stress Bronn out, and he'll take himself to a quiet spot to decompress when he needs to. He'd do best in a calmer, quieter home where he can feel safe and settled. Having a fur sibling would be the icing on the cake!

I’m Cassie, Your Future 65-Pound Lap Dog!
Meet Cassie, a 1-year-old, 65-pound spayed Pittie mix who would like to officially inform you that personal space is optional. Her preferred distance from her people? As close as possible! Cassie loves leaning in for pets, sitting on your feet, and attempting to convince everyone that she is, in fact, a lap dog.

On a recent Doggy Day Out, Cassie showed what a wonderful companion she can be. She rode quietly in the car, walked beautifully on leash, and greeted people along the way with a happy, wagging tail. At a coffee shop, she confidently walked inside, charmed the customers, and happily accepted—and solicited—plenty of pets. She even calmly watched a little dog through the window with a wagging tail.

Back at home, Cassie explored, played, greeted everyone happily, and then settled down for a nap. She's playful and energetic but also knows how to relax when the fun is over. Meet Nessy: Small Dog, Big Wiggles! 😍
At 2 years old and just 26 pounds, Nessy is a blue merle Cattle Dog mix with one seriously adorable feature: the wiggliest butt around! Shelter life can be overwhelming for this little guy, but get Nessy outside the shelter and you'll see a completely different dog. During several days and overnight stays with a volunteer, he was calm, affectionate, easygoing, and wonderfully happy to be with his people.

Nessy seems to be housebroken, sleeps peacefully through the night, and knows how to relax at home. He also loves toys, walks, exploring, and going on adventures.

Nessy would do best as your one-and-only pet, in a home without small animals or children under 12. And because the shelter environment isn't where he shines, the best way to meet him is outside the shelter, where a volunteer who knows him can introduce you to the sweet boy underneath the stress.
