Here at Butler's Charcoal Ridge, we believe in providing the community with top notch care and services for your dogs! We also have a mobile grooming bus that travels to various locations throughout Central Iowa. Some of our services include grooming, boarding, training, doggy daycare, and we also have a dog supply store. Each and every one of our staff members have a passion for dogs, ensuring th

🚧 Exciting things are happening at Charcoal Ridge in Albia! 🚧
This Thursday, we'll be undergoing a little construction from early morning through mid-afternoon. Don't worry—we are still OPEN and operating as usual!
🐾 Grooming appointments will take place in our mobile grooming bus parked at the front of the store. 🐾 Doggy Daycare will continue running as scheduled. 🛍️ Our store will remain open. 📞 Our phones will be on and available for calls and appointments.
We appreciate your patience while we make some improvements and can't wait to share the finished results with you!

📞 Updated Phone Hours at Charcoal Ridge

To better serve our clients and allow our team to focus on the pets in our care, we will be updating our phone hours.

Phone Hours:
• Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Friday: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Saturday & Sunday: Phones will not be answered

Please note that while our phones will not be staffed on weekends, our team will still be available to monitor messages, send boarding updates and photos, and respond to urgent boarding-related needs as time allows.

For daycare, grooming, and boarding reservations, please contact us during our posted phone hours.
