Hi, my name is Phoebe. I am an older cat looking for my forever home. I have been hanging out at the clinic for over 1 1/2+ years. I am low maintenance and just would love to hang out and watch tv or look out the window and enjoy the birds. I like dry food and get spoiled with canned too but either makes me happy.
