Please believe me when I tell you dog groomers do not want to charge you an arm and a leg. We literally have to so we can keep up with the rising costs of everything. Here’s an example:
The picture on the left shows my own receipt from where I bought shampoo in 2023. $44.50 was the cost of 1 gallon.
The picture on the right is 2026 and that same gallon is $99.70. This is insanity.
Also, we can’t just have a single gallon of shampoo. We need different shampoos for a lot of different reasons so we can do our job efficiently and effectively. Deshedding shampoo, flea and tick shampoo, sensitive skin/hypoallergenic shampoo, face shampoo, whitening shampoo, degreasing shampoo, all different kinds of conditioners and literally so many more.
This doesn’t include the maintenance on tools and other supplies like ear cleaner that we have to have. All this is just the basics.
I didn’t do a price increase at the beginning of the year I know it’s hard for everyone out there but at this point I have to increase/ make adjustments so I can keep giving you the care and quality you deserve. Please message me if you have any questions and thank you all for your continued support! ❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️🐾❤️
