Introduction
The Pet Authority is committed to protecting customer information and ensuring the safety and well‑being of all pets in our care. This policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information, as well as the terms that apply to our grooming, bakery, and retail services. Information We Collect
We may collect personal information such as your name, contact details, appointment history, and payment information, including credit cards kept securely on file for grooming services. We may also collect non‑personal data related to website or social media interactions. How We Use Your Information

Information is used to:
- Schedule and manage grooming appointments
- Process payments and maintain credit‑card‑on‑file arrangements
- Fulfill retail and bakery orders
- Communicate appointment reminders, updates, or service‑related notices
- Improve customer service and store operations
- Comply with safety, legal, and regulatory requirements

Sharing of Information
We do not sell or rent customer information. Data may be shared only with trusted service providers who assist with payment processing or business operations. These partners are required to protect your information and use it solely for authorized purposes. Information may also be disclosed when required by law. Grooming Safety & Service Policies
All grooming pets must have current vaccinations and be in suitable health for handling. Our groomers may refuse or discontinue a service if a pet shows signs of illness, excessive stress, or unsafe behavior. This ensures the safety of both the pet and our staff. Grooming Cancellation & No‑Show Policy
Grooming appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If an appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if the customer does not arrive for the scheduled appointment, the groomer assigned to that appointment reserves the right to charge the full cost of the service to the credit card on file. Bakery Products
Our in‑house bakery prepares treats using pet‑safe ingredients. Customers are responsible for confirming any allergies or dietary restrictions before purchase. Custom bakery orders may require advance payment and are not eligible for return or refund. Returns & Exchanges
Retail returns and exchanges follow our in‑store policy and may require proof of purchase. Product availability and pricing may change without notice. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to protect customer information from unauthorized access or misuse. While we strive to safeguard all data, no system is completely immune from risk. Customer Rights
Customers may request updates or corrections to their personal information where permitted by law. Marketing communications may be opted out of at any time. Policy Updates
This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the most current version.

Albert Lea! My kitty is still missing!!!

Please continue looking! Please talk to your neighbors, look in sheds, in bushes, and under patios! I miss him so, so terribly bad!!

He has a notch in his ear and a white speck on his front paw. He also had a red collar with a name tag on. If you find his collar, please let me know.

🌿 Mr. Petunia here! 🐰

What’s the BEST enrichment, you ask? If you ask me, it’s the Oxbow Garden Dig Box! 🌱💚

Let’s dig into why I love it! 🐾

🌿 All-Natural Materials: Crafted with natural materials like rattan, paper, and jute, making it a fun addition to my enrichment collection!

🐭 Multi-Species Friendly: My guinea pig, chinchilla, hamster, gerbil, mouse, and rat friends can enjoy enrichment, too! 🐹🐭

🥕 Foraging Fun: Want to make snack time more exciting? Hide some treats or even a little of your regular food inside and let your furry friends put their natural foraging instincts to work!

Digging, exploring, and searching for goodies? Now THAT sounds like a good time! 🌿🧡

Come check out the Oxbow Garden Dig Box and find more enrichment favorites at Pet Authority! 🛍️🐾

🐾 Draco here! 👅 Happy Tongue-Out Tuesday! 🐶

This week’s treat pick is Natural Balance Rewards in Salmon! 🐟😋

Let’s talk about why these treats caught my eye! 🐾

🐟 Single Animal Ingredient: Made with salmon as the featured animal ingredient!

🥔 Grain-Free Carbohydrates: Uses ingredients like potatoes and sweet potatoes to provide digestible carbohydrates and energy.

🌿 No Artificial Additives: Free from artificial colors, flavors, and chemical preservatives!

🌱 Plant-Based Flavor: Uses plant-based flavor enhancement rather than meat-derived flavoring.

And the best part? Even though these treats are designed with our smaller friends in mind, our bigger buddies can enjoy them, too! 🐕❤️

Have you tried these yet? Let us know your favorite flavor in the comments! 👇

We are excited to share this new adventure with all of you and we want to thank you all for supporting us as and for being so understanding while we traverse this new chapter.
